I am Communications Specialist with 6 years of cross-sectoral experience, encompassing Project Management, Content Creation, Communications, and Editorial & Design in both Government and Private Advisory.
I studied Psychology at University of Calcutta.
I love singing, and reading and teaching the subject of psychology!

My career started with
writing content as a freelance writer and content curator of various firms including Amazon, The Channel 46, LexiConn, MomJunction. I did this for almost two years. Some of my writing can be found here.
this was followed by working as a counsellor and coordinator for Dynavision Dygitech in Kolkata where I counseled and interacted with students and guardians, to chose specific academic routes based on the students’ interests. I also curated the company profile, business brochures, prospectus, promotional materials, and more.
highlight of my career has been my service to entrepreneurs in North-East India via PRIME Entrepreneurship Program, an initiative of Meghalaya Basin Development Authority, Government of Meghalaya, Shillong. I worked for the government as Social Media Specialist, Manager. PRIME’s goal has been to promote entrepreneurial ecosystem in the state by supporting rural and livelihood entrepreneurs. following this work in Govt of Meghalaya, I started my work at the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, New Delhi. I currently work here as as Assistant Manager. My key responsibilites include project planning, supervision, and coordination in accordance with the initiatives of Government of India. I work closely with the ministries and state government departments in North-East region. From organizing impactful events to managing media relations and content creation, supporting the Meghalaya Desk to promote investment facilitation and capacity building in the region. I also work on curating content that showcases Northeast's untapped potential to investors and stakeholders, bringing them together to foster dialogues and translated the intricacies of social development initiatives into compelling content focusing on their impact on local communities.
